Gregory R. Hudson, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Gregory Hudson possesses extensive strategic management and operational experience in business and IT solutions. Supported by the organization’s executive staff, Gregory has led Genesis Concepts & Consultants to be a nationally recognized, award-winning premier small business over the last 10 years. He is a certified practitioner of the Balanced Scorecard from the Kaplan and Norton Body of Knowledge. Gregory sets the operational vision for multiple strategic business units consisting of various practitioners and professionals. He is the creator of the “Business S.M.A.R.T. Grid”, a 21st Century alignment and management methodology and is a proven Senior Executive with in-depth leadership experience in all aspects of corporate advisory services, strategy management, and program management with proven turn-around and change management expertise.
Prior to establishing Genesis Concepts & Consultants, Gregory served over 20 years with the U.S. Army as a Commander, Medical Human Resources Manager, Chief of Individual Training & Policy, and Operational Readiness Evaluator where he was an effective team builder and organizational leader of large scale projects and programs. Gregory holds a BS degree in Sociology from Fitchburg State College, MA.
Sharilynne (Shari) Hudson, Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Shari Hudson has over 30 years of extensive corporate management and strategic planning experience. She is responsible for enhancing internal organizational processes and infrastructure that enables Genesis Concepts & Consultants to continue with effective production and growth to the overall vision and mission. Shari oversees and monitors all business planning activities pertaining to personnel, finance, new initiatives and contract management. Her accounting and budgeting efforts have contributed to Genesis Concepts & Consultants high corporate credit rating.
Shari served in the military for 24 years and retired from the United States Army. Her military expertise includes logistics, war and domestic planning where she ultimately contributed to the analysis and writings of the logistical war plan that was executed during the Gulf War. At the end of her successful military career on 1 April 2004, Shari assisted with building the company to its current operational capacity. She earned a BA degree in Cultural Anthropology from Herbert H. Lehman College (CUNY) and received her commission as an Army Officer from Fordham University, Bronx, NY. Shari also holds an MA degree in Business Management from Webster University.
Jo Archer, Human Resources Manager
As the Human Resources Manager, Jo Archer manages all day to day functions for the HR & Administrative departments. She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. She advises and assists the CEO & COO in company operations with additional duties as assigned.
Jo served in the United States Marine Corps during the Global War on Terrorism. Her military expertise includes production control, logistics, and Helicopter Power Plants. After her separation from the military, Jo gained corporate consulting experience in human resources, IT, and government contracting, while earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources with honors from the University of the Incarnate Word. Jo currently serves on the SRG Force Sports Board.
J. Peter Bruzzese, Consultant
J. Peter Bruzzese (one of the Co-Founders of ClipTraining.com) is an internationally published technical author with over a dozen titles to his credit. In addition, he is a Microsoft Exchange MVP, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a Triple-MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). He speaks at various events and conferences including TechEd, MEC, the WPC, Techmentor, FETC and others. He has been a technical journalist for 15 years and is the Enterprise Windows columnist for InfoWorld for the past 5 years. J. Peter offers consulting services to organizations to assist specifically with Active Directory migrations (including domain revisions and remodeling while upgrading), Exchange migrations and deployments, and Office 365 greenfield deployments, migrations or hybrid approaches.
