Genesis Concepts & Consultants supports AETC with CSA Services at 12 bases

GCC provides the Air Education & Training Command, Director of Communications & Information (HQ AETC/A6) desktop and network administration support services, commonly known as client support administration (CSA) in the Air Force. This support provides contracted CSA support at the squadron and base level. Bases supported include Altus AFB, Columbus AFB, Goodfellow AFB, Keesler AFB, Lackland AFB, Laughlin AFB, Luke AFB, Maxwell AFB, Randolph AFB, Sheppard AFB, Tyndall AFB, Vance AFB.

GC&C provided design, planning, and on-site event management for the AF Surgeon General’s 2009 Operational Problems in Behavioral Sciences Symposium (OPBSS) for 275+ attendees.  The Occupational Problems in Behavioral Sciences Symposium (OPBSS) aka: Mental Health Symposium, is an annual, continuing education, worldwide training symposium for AF mental health providers, which provides timely information and clinical training for AF Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurses and Mental Health Technicians.

GCC provides support services for the Medical Education Training Campus (METC), Ft Sam Houston, TX.  The METC Portal, named “METC Online” will be the single front-end to various external applications that METC students will need to access, i.e. Blackboard, ICIS, ATARRS, etc, and many DoD wide websites.  Each of these features will be accessed by users within the METC Online framework in order to reduce the students need to remember hundreds of  links/sites and passwords to many of the required online resources.  GCC provides is designing, creating and implementing the user interface of the intranet and extranet METC Campus Portal.

GC&C provided design, planning, and on-site event management for the AF Surgeon General’s Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) Executive Global Look (EGL) Vision 2045 Conference held in the Washington DC Area for a select group of key military leaders and subject matter experts from academia and corporate America. The purpose of the AFMS/EGL Vision 2045 conference was to relay information and challenge/motivate team players in the process of developing the next generation of tools that will be used to augment their ability to think and work collectively and promote team synergy in specific areas.

Genesis Concepts & Consultants supports AF Clinical Research & Engineering with the Texas Integrated Military Medical Modernization Support Services (TIMMMSS)

GC&C staffs subject matter expert consultants thru the TIMMMSS providing on demand, comprehensive expertise for AFMS clinical research and engineering through innovative contractor support for expanded external funding and sources, technology transfer, and clinical research support.  TIMMMSS focus is coordination, facilitation, and execution of high priority efforts by industrial and academic resources in Texas in general and specifically in the San Antonio area and integration of priority activities of Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders in Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) clinical research and engineering planning and execution.

23 – 26 June 2009

GC&C provided design, planning, and on-site event management for the AF Surgeon General’s 2009 Air Force NOVA Conference and Air Force Medical Service 60th Anniversary Celebration Dinner in San Antonio, TX with key note speaker, Chief of Staff Air Force General Norton A. Schwartz.  Retiring AF SG Lt. Gen. (Dr.) James G. Roudebush, conducted his general officer and senior leader symposium to set the stage for transition for the new SG, Maj. Gen. (Dr.) Charles Bruce Green.  The purpose of the conference was two-fold:  Air Force General’s Strategic Leadership Conference and celebration of sixty years of Air Force medicine.

GC&C provides assistance to maximize organizational efficiencies within the Directorate and supports the design and organizational structure. The MEDCOM has established a Directorate of Strategic Communication responsible for the synchronization and the orchestration of proactive communications at the strategic level.  The combining of previously separate staff offices into one directorate was designed to create a synergistic working environment to ensure consistent communications are provided to Senior Leadership and other audiences. 

Genesis Concepts & Consultants supports US MEDCOM Small Business Programs Office with Veterans Small Business Conference & Expo

GC&C provided, design, planning, curriculum development, sourced presenters, and on-site event management for the first in a series of annual Veteran Small Business focused training workshops.  The event had nationally recognized speakers to include each of the DoD/services Directors of Small Business Programs.  The more than 450 attendees attended both plenary and breakout sessions designed to enhance their ability to do business with the DoD and Veterans Administration.
Attendees also participated in 1-on-1 matchmaking sessions with contracting government representatives, large and small businesses had numerous opportunities for networking and relationship building, and government employees were able to obtain continuing education credits,

GC&C provides Readiness Planning at Military Medical Treatment Facilities in San Antonio, TX.  Locations include Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC) at Lackland AFB, Brooke Army Medical Center, Kelly, Reid, North Central Federal Clinic, and Camp Bullis.  Support services are provided to the 59th Medical Wing (MDW) Readiness Division in the management of all medical readiness operations and provides program management for Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Medical Readiness Decision Support System (MRDSS), Aerospace Expeditionary Force (AEF) Reporting Tool (ART), Air Force World-Wide UTC Summary (AFWUS), Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD), Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) and all deployment related activities.
