Listed below is a brief summary of company benefits afforded to fulltime employees. Benefits are subject to change as the company grows to allow for benefit increases.Please consult our Human Resources Department for additional information.
Salary/Compensation: Genesis Concepts & Consultants, LLC (GC&C) employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. Annual performance evaluations and salary reviews may be conducted at employee anniversary dates. Recognition may also be given for outstanding performance or special achievements.
Annual Leave: Paid annual leave is vested by all regular full-time employees after the 1st anniversary date and varies by length of service with a contractor or successor.
- Less than 5 years = 80 hours
- 5 - 10 years = 120 hours
- 10 + years = 160 hours
Paid Holidays: GC&C observes all ten (10) regularly scheduled government holidays.

Retirement Plan: A SIMPLE-IRA Plan is offered for full-time and part-time employees that offers no-load Mutual Funds investment vehicles through USAA Investment Management Company in which to save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis. GC&C will match employee contributions of up to 3% per pay period. Employees will always be 100% vested in their salary deferral and employer matching contribution accounts.
Employer Contribution to Group Health Plan: Medical, dental, and vision insurance is provided by Humana. All regular employees with their immediate families are eligible to enroll in this plan. GC&C is currently contributing 50% of employee’s medical, vision and dental premium costs.
